Our CSR Statement

"Our Corporate Social Responsibility is founded on a culture of a responsible and caring corporate citizen. As we work to increase stakeholder value through our core businesses we will not neglect our responsibility to strive for the betterment of the community and the environment"

This CSR Statement encapsulates both the essence of existing CSR practices within the company and the thrusts and future direction of the company's social responsibilities as a responsible corporate citizen. As a member of Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT), the Company shall support Yayasan Warisan Perajurit (YWP), whose objectives are giving scholarships and financial assistance to children of the Malaysian Armed Forces who excel in their respective examinations and are offered places in institutions of higher learning. The company will continue to care for the welfare of all employees. A Staff Welfare Assistance Fund had been set up to provide financial assistance to lessen the employees' burden in instances of unexpected hardships, calamity and other unexpected misfortunes. The company will encourage and support employee activism in community activities. Support will be in the form of assistance and contribution either in cash or materials manufactured by the Company to deserving welfare homes.

The underprivileged and disaster affected communities.Employees are encouraged to participate actively in support of community social activities undertaken by the Company. The Company will not compromise on occupational health and safety of all employees. Management will ensure that the company's health and safety policy is effectively implemented and actively upgraded from time to time. The Company will provide training and employment opportunities to graduates in disciplines that are relevant to the Company's operations through its management trainee programme. The Company shall adhere to all environmental laws and regulations governing manufacturing plant operations, noise level management, disposal of waste, pollution and treatment of plant effluents and waste water to protect safeguard the environment. The Company shall embark on R & D to seek alternative ways to further enhance environmental protection through more efficient use of natural resources, minimizing the production of waste and to reuse and recycle materials wherever feasible. CSR is not a destination. Instead it is a journey undertaken by the Company together with its employees. We invite our business partners to join us in our CSR endeavours.
