UAC Berhad held its 46th Annual General Meeting on 01 April 2010 at the Royale Bintang Damansara Hotel at the Curve. The AGM which started at 11.30am was well attended by many shareholders. Many came early to have refreshments before the start of the meeting. During the meeting there was an active flow of questions from the shareholders who wanted to seek clarification from the Board and Management on the performance of their company. All questions were adequately answered by the Chairman with the support of other board members. At the end of the meeting, all eleven resolutions put to the meeting were passed unanimously.
