UAC Berhad held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) of UAC Berhad on 01 April at which all the resolutions put to the shareholders were passed unanimously. Shareholder attendance was good at the AGM, reflecting the keen interest shareholders have in the affairs of their company.

The performance of the Group in 2009 registered a marked improvement with profit after tax improving by 53% to RM19.7 million.  Earnings per share likewise improved from .......
